S&P Management Group is the property management business line of RLMK W.O.L.F. Real Estate Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company dba Luxon Realty Services, a full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm facilitating both commercial and residential transactions founded in 2006.

The Managers are licensed and regulated attorneys under the State Bar of Texas, real estate brokers under the Texas Real Estate Commission, and property tax consultants under the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The firm represents Buyers/Sellers, Owners/Tenants and Professional/Condominium Associations throughout Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Burnet, Hays, Dallas, Tarrant, and Harris County.

S&P Management Group uses independent contractors and local vendors for all aspects of the brokerage and property management business. All Real Estate Salespersons are licensed and regulated by the Texas Real Estate Commission and executed Independent Contractor Agreements. Vendors are hired and managed consistent with the terms of the property-specific Property or Association Management Agreement.
